Comfort Access system offers keyless access to the vehicle with a multi-function remote control. For the ultimate in convenience, you can lock and unlock your BMW without using the key fob. When you have Comfort Access activated, the unlocked doors will open when you merely touch the door handle: you don’t even need to pull it. The system can also remember your preferred seating position and various other comfort features and adjust them accordingly as you approach. Comfort Access feature (S322A option) is a great feature, but is notorious for failing. If you are experiencing abnormal behaviours of the vehicle, such battery drain, door handles are mis-functioning (failing to lock/unlock, randomly locking/unlocking) or the backlight on the handle stopped working - that is direct sign of failing comfort access system. We can fix most components of the system and have a large stock of parts available. BMW dealership is no longer able to fix comfort access issue on vehicles like F01 or F10, as components for comfort access were discontinued and are no longer available, even on pre-order from BMW Germany direct.
